Download or product problems
If you cannot download or open the purchased files, receive an incomplete package, or find that the kit materially differs from its description, contact product support. Include the order reference and a short description of the issue. Do not include payment card details.
We will investigate the issue and seek to provide the materials as described. Your mandatory rights concerning defective or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.
Payment and refund requests
Checkout is not yet available. The planned checkout uses Stripe Managed Payments, with purchases sold through Link. For a purchase sold through Link, submit payment and refund requests using the support instructions in your receipt or Link purchase support. You may also contact [email protected] with your order reference.
The transaction terms shown at checkout apply together with your mandatory statutory rights. We do not treat downloading the files as automatically waiving consumer withdrawal rights.
Consumer withdrawal rights
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase, generally within 14 days in the EU. Special rules apply to paid digital content supplied immediately.
An exception to withdrawal rights may apply only where the legal requirements are met, including prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgment of the resulting loss of withdrawal rights, and the required confirmation. Downloading a file must not be treated as removing these rights automatically if the required process was not followed.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. A product complaint is distinct from a request to cancel a purchase without a product defect.
